• Name der Erstbeschreibung: Mesobuthus yagmuri Kovařík & Fet, 2022
• Etymologie: The new species is named in honor of our colleague and friend Ersen Aydin Yağmur (Manisa, Turkey) who made great contributions to Turkish arachnology. Since Ersen is one of the coauthors of this revision, we restrict authorship of this single species only to Kovařík & Fet.
