Etymologie: The species epithet is treated as a noun in apposition, named in the honour of late (Dr.) Reshma Solanki, who had contributed in the collection of the species. She was a doctorate student of Dr. Dolly Kumar and worked on the spiders of Jambughoda Wildlife Sanctuary, Gujarat.
