• Etymologie: The new species is named in honor of Dr. Bolívar Rafael Garcete Barrett (Curator of Entomology of the "Museo Nacional de Historia Natural del Paraguay", San Lorenzo, Paraguay) for his great contribution to Entomology and specially for his indispensable help which resulted in the collection of the holotype of C. garcetebarretti sp. nov.
